A.I.S. offers TC's in two different price ranges. We also offer TC wire and extension wire for your temperature requirements. A.I.S. also has RTD's and Thermistors available.
Low Cost TC's are available in the $ 25.00 price range. These
are not as rugged as our industrial TC's
but are fine for laboratory or short
term industrial use. They are not sealed at the transition, but provide
high value in many less demanding applications. These TC's are available
in 1/8" and 1/4" D sizes, in types J, K, & T. A.I.S. stocks 1/8" D in 6"
and 12" lengths. All sheaths are 316 SS. Prices shown are for 10'
lead wire. Special orders are available with bends, compression fittings,
and other options.
Industrial TC's are designed with MgO fill for rugged reliability. Industrial TC's have high temperature solder or welded adapters and optional industrial heads. TC transmitters with 4 - 20 mA output are available.
All types of TC Wire are available from A.I.S., including triple limits pharmaceutical grade type T. Note that pricing on metals has been extremely volatile. Please double check for pricing on large orders.
